Product ordered on Thursday, December 29 in the early afternoon, delivered to the Post Office within 2/3 hours and received on Saturday morning, December 31; very satisfactory considering it was a busy time! When calling between 12 PM and 2 PM, instead of hearing 'we are busy, please call back in a moment', it would be preferable to hear the opening hours!

Nice site but offers loyalty points that could be interesting if they weren't tied to a so-called included delivery but not to home delivery but to a relay point!?... specified in the fine print of the general conditions!!!...
Other sites don't make this seem free but deliver to home!...

Fast delivery. However, I just received my last order, a LS MODELS loco ref 10325S for 399 euros in a more than questionable package. Just surrounded by cardboard without protection. So the box of the loco is obviously damaged. I have always been satisfied with my previous orders but not for this one.
