Average navigation via the search engine.
Very expensive shipping costs. You push for consumption to avoid feeling cheated, like paying €7 for shipping for 2 rails.
Very complete offer but the best sellers are out of stock...

Navigation? The 'continue your shopping' procedure is cumbersome! I am currently looking for characters: very little choice at PREISER, and rarely more than one item in stock (when it's not out of stock!). Too bad because the sets at 10 euros are attractive.

A bit lacking in stock for decor, especially matte spray paint (matte black is especially essential) and some Humbrol matte references, otherwise very good in terms of promotional prices and decent stock.
