Hello, Thank you for this review. As seen on instagram, you ordered 22mm bottom bracket bearings and received 22mm bearings (when you needed 19mm). So there was no mistake made on our side. Concerning the return of a product, we would like to remind you once again that this one is not a returnable product.

Hi, sorry for the problem. Complete bike brands rarely use grease for the assembly of 8-spline cranksets, especially if the bearings are sealed (and therefore already greased inside). Slight squeaking may therefore occur after a few uses. Simply grease the axle when you overhaul the bike to eliminate this noise. Good, nice person but surprised at the condition of the bike on delivery. Scratches on the bike, not great for the price of 400€. I didn't want to return it to wait for another delivery and the return of the old one.
