Great service. I was not informed of the delivery date by the carrier and I was a little surprised that the delivery man did not make me sign a receipt.

Hello Yannick and thank you for this note!

Since the beginning of the sanitary crisis, most of the carriers have implemented the "no contact delivery" in order to reduce the risks of spreading the virus. It is therefore normal not to sign a delivery note. Note however that drivers are tracked by GPS via their electronic terminal, in order to ensure the proper delivery of the package.

Regarding the delivery date, an email with tracking number was sent to you on 06/09 at 17:30. The detail with the day of delivery is indicated on this follow-up. Remember to check your spam =)
