I ordered over 300€ worth of goods, there is no assembly explanation, and on top of that they got the bumper attachment wrong.

I don't believe I spoke to you on the phone for a request for help or explanations, nor even for the mistake we made, which we would have of course rectified. We'll chalk that up to a lack of maturity and the stress of the trophy :-) safe travels to you and watch your fuel tank :-) :-)

Very good responsiveness from the team. Too bad the shipments are not faster and that many parts are out of stock (but it remains a great site).

never anything to say, I have been ordering parts for the Estafette and the 4L for several years, no issues. In case of doubt about the compatibility of the parts, a pro will respond to you... it's the best... I highly recommend this site.

Part is indeed expensive but easily adaptable and seems to be of very good quality. Mounted on a 4L F6 for the 4L trophy

The acquisition of the 4L is recent and the bellows are one of the negative points of the control repair in progress 4L savane from 1989. Regards

You just had to call us, we would have apologized and sent the right parts. Our apologies for this small problem.

Hello, you have quite a few parts, but many are out of stock and some have been for a long time.
The delivery is not extraordinary but better than your competitors.
And the person I spoke to on the customer service phone is very professional.

Hello Jeff, thank you for your comment. We are a small company that is growing and we have to make choices in investment. Others are registered to explain the assembly (e.g.: Estafette driveshaft, 4-way distributor 4L...) A phone call would have allowed us to explain or unblock an order on a part :-) See you soon, Martin.
