Very responsive and competent. The only complaint is when you want several of the same part you must remember to update this step. Otherwise, like me, you receive one rivet instead of 12. I ordered three times to get the right quantity

The advice, quick responses, having a window to search more quickly by keywords. Maybe having the possibility of an eco Colissimo shipment to reduce shipping costs.

Only downside, shipping costs I think they could be free, starting from the second order for example

The package arrived in good condition and on time in Romania. The parts are correct, but the delivery price of 31 euros is very high. Normally, I pay between 20 and 25 euros per package; I use GLS (I buy parts and, on Leboncoin, I own seven old Renaults)
