The store consistently delivers fast, reliable service with rapid delivery times and smooth order processing, ensuring parts arrive promptly and as described. Customers highlight a wide selection of parts, competitive prices, and clear, professional communication from the team, contributing to a straightforward, well-supported purchasing experience. The ordering process is dependable and efficient, with accurate order fulfillment and strong tracking that keeps customers informed. Overall, the experience is marked by quick shipping, helpful assistance, and steady satisfaction across repeat purchases.
I highly recommend the vintage vehicle site for Renault 4l parts, they are high-quality parts and the quality-price ratio is excellent, however, my order was shipped via the carrier FEDEX which I absolutely do not recommend, their services are catastrophic, deadlines are not respected and packages are very poorly handled during transport.

I do not rate customer service since I did not have to deal with it.
For delivery by the Colissimo company, 7 days when it boasts a delivery in 48h seems worrying if it wants to continue to exist against the competition. But I am delivered, that's the main thing.
