The store consistently delivers fast, reliable service with rapid delivery times and smooth order processing, ensuring parts arrive promptly and as described. Customers highlight a wide selection of parts, competitive prices, and clear, professional communication from the team, contributing to a straightforward, well-supported purchasing experience. The ordering process is dependable and efficient, with accurate order fulfillment and strong tracking that keeps customers informed. Overall, the experience is marked by quick shipping, helpful assistance, and steady satisfaction across repeat purchases.
I couldn't give 5 stars to customer service as I have never had to contact them. For the rest, nothing to complain about and hopefully it lasts because seriousness tends to disappear. Alain

It takes patience to reach V hicules-Anciens.fr by phone, which is not always very convenient. But you get answers, rather by email.
Fast deliveries.

Hello, indeed, there are 3 of us, so we have a total of 6 ears but only 3 brains ^^ It's not obvious given the number of phone calls that can come in some days! Prioritizing email is indeed the best tip. Have a good week!

Everything is fine, the only downside is that the product takes 3-4 weeks to arrive here in Finland.

A quality product that changes my life! A bit tricky to open the bottom of the steering wheel and remove the old Neiman but a real pleasure to install the new one that fits perfectly. Thank you to this site that offers items you can order with your eyes closed!
