I ordered an electric windshield washer kit for my Renault 4L and it seems complete. I haven't installed it yet but I'm sure it will be perfect. It's a good size for its application, not too big. It is identical to the one offered by a website in Germany, but its price was more competitive. I would have liked to have installation instructions, but it's okay. Thank you.

It's logical not to order if the packages have to stay in your hands. What is less logical is that there is no mailman! There are instructions given (not to have contact with customers, put directly in the mailboxes), which, if respected, still reduce the risks.

The Post Office normally has a public service role and should therefore maintain collections and deliveries as usual. I work for a competing company in the parcel field and they did not hesitate to ask people already working for them in other positions to replace absent staff on short notice. In these difficult times, people rely heavily on their orders and it is normal for them to receive their goods, even with a slight delay. This is what is called customer respect.

I am very satisfied with the product that adapted perfectly to the car but much less with the delivery person who rang my doorbell and threw the package over the gate without care while I was approaching him.
ps, the package was small and could have been placed in the mailbox if he was in a hurry.

Hello Jeanne, we apply a delay when the product is on order with the supplier. A safety delay is added just in case. In most cases, products arrive early and are therefore shipped as soon as they are received in our premises, see you soon ;-)

Hello the screws are of poor quality, one broke in the engine block that I have to re-tap it's a shame because the pump seems good. I'm quite annoyed here.

You must have tightened too hard or made a mistake. These screws fit perfectly for the installation of water pumps, in 6 years, no feedback. The resistance class is respected, for installation and durability. Good assembly!
