The store consistently delivers fast, reliable service with rapid delivery times and smooth order processing, ensuring parts arrive promptly and as described. Good overall, the only downside being the payment method... even if it works well currently via Paypal, it would be perfect if I could pay directly with my credit card as is done almost everywhere...

On all my orders, I've never had anything to say, however for the water pump without protection in the box, it moved around and pierced the box, which is still average. So just for that, I would say it could be better.

Stickers delivered for R4 Savanne are certainly not as shown in the photo! Delivered headlights are NOT approved! High shipping costs, however delivery times were respected. Unhappy!!

Hello, I am sorry that you are unhappy. You can return the parts to us, we will sell them to customers who will be satisfied (or we will install them on our cars), we have had no returns on the mentioned parts, with hundreds sold. Have a nice day, Martin.

In general, very good. But I don't understand why, for the last order, I didn't have the choice to receive the package at a pickup point as I usually did, and the delivery therefore cost 5€.
