Intuitive site, many parts available, unfortunately some out of stock (brake hoses among others). A bit high price for some parts. First time despite the intuitive site that I skip the shipping options because not seen... Nice welcome from Sandrine when I went to pick up my order.

Speed of shipping and quality of products. Are you going to do as it was once discussed, standard exchanges on the seat before Estafette?

Very mediocre quality O-ring. Indeed, received the item with large burrs, only on the inner diameter side. To avoid leaks I had to deburr it with a cutter. The DIY was sufficient to achieve the desired sealing, as in the gearbox-cardan connection, the sealing is static and without pressure. Too bad such defects were not addressed before shipping.

Competent staff, what could possibly be improved is the telephone reception every day of the week. Best regards.

Following an error on my part regarding the order, I was called back to modify it before paying too much.
