So a little more than 48 hours for delivery, merchandise with a crack on the complete distributor at 59.90€ (it happens), and for customer service it deserves 5 stars I sent the photo of the distributor and the guy tells me keep yours for parts and I will send you a complete distributor, this time received in 48 hours honestly top, I recommend without problem.

We are sorry, we do everything to ensure that packages are sent on time (date on your order confirmation), but we do not control the carriers. It rarely happens that deadlines are not respected. At your service, Best regards, Martin.

As always, the speed of processing the order and the seriousness are there, unfortunately, the package was damaged during transport, which delayed the delivery by a few days. Fortunately, there was nothing fragile inside. Regarding the merchandise, indeed, the tailgate seal is even harder than I thought...

The general shape is good, but the material is much too rigid, which forces modifications to the hatch settings and modifications to the seal at the stops, without being able to close it properly. You are considering improving this product and that is a good thing, as the original part was much more malleable (and perhaps also less durable, but oh well)

Jean Marc, indeed, this product is harder. It needs to be done. On my car, the trunk now closes perfectly and I can adjust it again ;-) I installed it last winter. Thank you for your feedback, Martin.

The purchased cap cannot close the housing... I had to modify it.

You should entrust this task to someone who knows what they are doing. No feedback on these products. Use the term rocker cover instead of housing so that we understand what you are talking about. At your service, Best regards, Martin.

Good product, complete pack that allows to completely seal the side door. Only small downside, an assembly manual could perhaps be useful to some.

Following the phone contact to get more details about the material I needed, I immediately understood that the person was very knowledgeable. And also friendly.
What more could you ask for?

The symmetrical parts do not come from the same stock, you can see it in the paint and the touch, it's a shame, otherwise nothing to say.

Hello,
Just a small problem during my last order, the air filter ordered was too big, and the mechanic couldn't install it.
Apart from that, everything was as expected.
