I do not rate customer service since I did not have to deal with it.
For delivery by the Colissimo company, 7 days when it boasts a delivery in 48h seems worrying if it wants to continue to exist against the competition. But I am delivered, that's the main thing.

As always, the speed of processing the order and the seriousness are there, unfortunately, the package was damaged during transport, which delayed the delivery by a few days. Fortunately, there was nothing fragile inside. Regarding the merchandise, indeed, the tailgate seal is even harder than I thought...

The general shape is good, but the material is much too rigid, which forces modifications to the hatch settings and modifications to the seal at the stops, without being able to close it properly. You are considering improving this product and that is a good thing, as the original part was much more malleable (and perhaps also less durable, but oh well)

Response from vehicules-anciens.fr
Jean Marc, indeed, this product is harder. It needs to be done. On my car, the trunk now closes perfectly and I can adjust it again ;-) I installed it last winter. Thank you for your feedback, Martin.
