The products I ordered correspond to my request. The site is well made, the comments on the products guide us on the quality and the right destination for the chosen vehicle. The prices are correct.

I do wish the customs people would be more understanding when trying to buy parts for my old Renault 4 from you. Regards Nick Holgate

Hello, I am sorry, our shipments to the UK are now stopped, as for some time packages are no longer passing through customs, and we do not know how to explain why at the moment. Have a good weekend, Martin.

As a new customer on your site, I am discovering little by little... everything seems well detailed so for me that's the main thing.

Following the order of the front axle CV joint kit. A clear and concrete customer follow-up with a commercial discourse is an asset for customer loyalty as well as finished products. Fortunately, Martin was there to raise the level...

The drain plug is very poorly machined, the square key does not fit. The fuel filter has no brand or origin marked on it. When ordering, the delivery option to a pickup point at 3.99 was not offered as indicated on the homepage of the site. Very careful package wrapping and very fast delivery.

Some items on your site were absent at the time of the order: not available. This is not good. I am eagerly awaiting their restocking.

Hello, I had written an email to see if you offered discounts for professionals and I never received a response. So I paid the price like anyone else. Another point, on your site, it is not obvious to understand that by entering the country, VAT goes to 0%. Otherwise, it's good, the package tracking is well documented.
