The site could be a bit simpler and more user-friendly, otherwise the price/quality ratio is good and the shipping costs are less expensive than other suppliers.

Super easy order, the site is clear and very detailed. Just a downside this time for the transport (chronopost) which still hasn't made the parcel available to me at the relay point and 3 days late.

Excellent quality of the received parts. Missing the little surprise that was nice in the box. But in these times of crisis, it's understandable.

Poorly finished parts that tend to disintegrate at the edges and holes not very well made. Needs improvement.

the site is quite simple to use. The product search is easy, the visual of the parts is great. Unfortunately, the final carrier does not respect the announced delivery time nor the delivery instructions: I will have to wait another 8 days before I can have my order, which is regrettable.

Hello Laurent, I am sorry, the exhaust line for the savanna is very long, and we are obliged to send it via carriers such as DBSchenker as indicated on your order and invoice ;-) I will look for the mention of delay that may have misled you. Have a nice day and see you very soon!

After a few months, it happens that the metal rod detaches from the rubber and spins in the void, it's important to always have one or two in advance to be at ease.

I love this item "windshield cap" but in terms of price not easy for all budgets... some construction defects "different tabs" good relationship with the shop. don't hesitate to include a manual in French.

Nothing to say about the service. Regarding the part itself, I would have liked to find markings on the headlight to imitate the real CIBIE headlight.

Response from vehicules-anciens.fr
Hello, if I understood correctly the source of your little disappointment, it is evident that a reproduction cannot take the original marking for fear of being considered a counterfeit. We are not the Cibié company ;-) Have a great end of the week!

Hello Alain, it's always the problem, it's easy to be cheaper when you don't have the part in stock ;-) Your rigid pipe that you ordered from us is of very high quality, made to order, with selected materials from real distributors. It will serve you well for many years :-) Good installation and see you soon, Martin.

It takes patience to reach V hicules-Anciens.fr by phone, which is not always very convenient. But you get answers, rather by email.

Hello, indeed, there are 3 of us, so we have a total of 6 ears but only 3 brains ^^ It's not obvious given the number of phone calls that can come in some days! Prioritizing email is indeed the best tip. Have a good week!
