Problem with the quantity delivered compared to the order but quickly resolved by a second shipment covered by VA.
Person contacted was very friendly and efficient.
A small comment in the delivered packages would be a plus.

Parts received within good time but intake exhaust gasket received bent in two places, one intentionally at the packaging because the packaging was too small and the other because it was placed under a starter and crushed by the weight. Starter without reference name or labels... A bit disappointed about that.

Hello Renaud, Oops, this is the usual packaging method which presents no problem, send us photos of the issue so we can handle an after-sales service of course! For the starter, we won't share our good plans with everyone either!! Have a great end of the week!

In case of stock shortage, it is stated on the site that an email will be sent as soon as restocked.... and that was not the case!!! missed or software defect???

Hello Alain, oh no, maybe a missed one indeed, it's strange, this function usually works quite well. Our apologies for this inconvenience :-) Martin.

Hello, I ordered a complete distributor and, once installed, impossible to start, the engine stopped, it turned out that the capacitor was faulty, really unpleasant, otherwise I am satisfied with my order and will place another one when the opportunity arises. Best regards. Rémy LE GALL.

The colissimo service from the post office is true to itself, never on time, we pay for the delivery service dearly for it to arrive several days after the date indicated on the order.
The post office is a lamentable service.

I am disappointed by "La Poste" a day late on the forecast !!

Indeed, but independent companies are generally much more expensive. So, among the disappointed people, there will always be the group of those who find it expensive, or those who would have preferred to pay another more expensive company... What a story! Happy New Year, Martin.

Great even if sometimes a bit expensive for certain parts and not necessarily delivered with the parts that are supposed to go together.

Hello Gwen, thank you for your feedback, could you please give me a more precise response by email so that I can understand, as it is quite vague as expressed. Have a good end of the year, Martin.

I would have liked the gasket kit for the Estafette to be listed, a real hassle to find the location of the seals on the vehicle, a waste of time my vehicle has been completely repainted inside and out, not easy to find my way around.

Happy to have discovered your site, I recommend it to all enthusiasts, lower prices than the competition with no impact on quality.
The only small downside would probably be the supply of certain out-of-stock parts as well as some small improvements on the site, notably a search section.
