I ordered plated screws and a capacitor for a Ducelier distributor for a Renault 4L. The capacitor was defective after half an hour, leading to a 6-hour fault search. Poor quality even though made in France. I ordered an exhaust line still for a 4L TL 83, the tubing after the muffler touches the bodywork, impossible to do otherwise.

Hello Henri, we are sorry for these inconveniences, but surprised that you did not contact us. Our expertise, especially Anthony's, would have immediately detected the problem and we would have immediately replaced the part for you. The same approach for the exhaust pipe. Count on our expertise :) See you soon :)

I always have a problem paying by credit card, which forces me to send a check with each order. Regarding the orders for remanufactured parts, a monthly info follow-up would be good when the initial delivery date has passed.

A 3rd or 4th order that arrived on time, delivered in a package in good condition. As for the products, they are not yet installed on the car but I know there will be no problem, the products are very good and suitable for 4Ls without any issues. As for customer service, impeccable, always available on the phone to provide information. Thank you

Hello Gael, Indeed, we encountered some issues with some re-manufacturing productions. However, we tried to pass on the factory information as soon as we had it, through the newsletter system and the "ongoing re-manufacturing" section on our site. Our apologies for this inconvenience, we will improve this point. Safe travels to you
