Hello Alexandre, we stopped putting them systematically, as we had them in the (rare) return packages. We assumed it didn't bring joy. Ask for it next time ;-) At your service, Martin.

Hello Daniel, we are sorry to read your message. Currently, we are subject to the same rules as you, the carriers dictate their deadlines, and unfortunately, this ends up harming us. I hope you achieve better results in your LLC. Best regards, Martin.

First direct order successful. The site could be "smoother" in navigation, maybe also have a larger display panorama (4-6-8) for simultaneous displays on the parts for a quicker glance... A true reference for 4L and Estafette parts.

The only downside is perhaps the fact that you can't talk to a person on the phone for a few technical questions.
Otherwise, everything is OK.

Just call us at 04 65 84 33 06, Bernard! After that, it's true that our phones keep ringing, and while we have two ears, we have only one brain. See you soon!

I regret the delivery times, order placed on Sunday online, received on Saturday morning. 3 days in logistics with the carrier.

I am sorry Claude, even if intuitively we would like to think that the "Covid thing" is behind us, it is still a joyful mess! Our apologies for this slowness, even if we cannot influence the trend, order of 24.06 shipped on 25.06.

The stickers were bent during transport, a simple cardboard reinforcement could have avoided that, it's a shame.

Hello.
Thank you for sending my order on time, I received it today but just one problem with the packaging, almost nothing was wrapped for example the engine pipe seals from Billancourt are bent :/ ... I think they will still do their job as seals ....

Oh no, if we made a mistake, send us an email at [email protected] We do not do packaging that would not be compliant with what we would like to receive, but an accident can happen ;-) See you soon, Martin.
