Hello,
I was just delivered this noon May 15, a total of 8 days after my order.
This is not fast for a shipping fee of 9 euros!
Now I know it’s a postal issue and not yours.
Best regards
Michel

Very satisfied with the products, advice, and reactions from Mr. Martin.
There is just one small thing, it takes about ten days or more to receive orders.
Otherwise, I sincerely recommend this site

Indeed, during this period, delivery times are complicated. I am also waiting for parts for my Traction and my Pinzgauer which are taking longer than usual to arrive. It’s like that, we have to wait for a return to normal after the lockdown. Good assembly!

Hello, With the spare parts, why not provide an assembly manual or advice when replacing parts? This would help novices, see how to assemble in optimal conditions, avoid the hassles encountered and help with disassembly. Now, that's just my opinion... In any case, quality parts! Ah too bad that for the lower body panels, shipping is expensive.

We are currently creating tutorials on the site, but it's long and not always easy to fit into the schedule. Please feel free to call us if you need advice, we are here for that, and knowledgeable ;-) At your service, Martin.

The products are compliant and of good quality, the shipping was long but in no way is it the fault of Vehicules-anciens.fr as the postal services are slow, so totally understandable! Otherwise, very satisfied!

I ordered an electric windshield washer kit for my Renault 4L and it seems complete. I haven't installed it yet but I'm sure it will be perfect. It's a good size for its application, not too big. It is identical to the one offered by a website in Germany, but its price was more competitive. I would have liked to have installation instructions, but it's okay. Thank you.

I am very satisfied with the product that adapted perfectly to the car but much less with the delivery person who rang my doorbell and threw the package over the gate without care while I was approaching him.
ps, the package was small and could have been placed in the mailbox if he was in a hurry.
Fortunately, the parts were well packaged and did not suffer any damage.

We are really sorry for this delivery experience. Unfortunately, we have little means to act on the delivery people and the current period allows the worst of them to degrade the service in light of the rules against Covid-19. Safe travels to you ;-)

Hello Jeanne, we apply a delay when the product is on order with the supplier. A safety delay is added just in case. In most cases, products arrive early and are therefore shipped as soon as they are received in our premises, see you soon ;-)
