I received 8 batches of worms, very well packaged in an aerated litter box. On the other hand, I had asked for delivery 3 weeks after my order and this was not respected. So the worms spent 3 weeks in the fridge at 6°C and after a gentle awakening in the cellar and then at room temperature, they were active enough to start the vermicomposters. Thank you for this quality delivery!

I received the complete order and was able to install the composter as proposed. I can't really see the first results, so I'm waiting until the end of February to have a more complete evaluation of the system. It's a shame, though, that the composter can't go on the balcony and has to stay inside the house. All the best.

This is a serious company. The products are of good quality. I would have liked to have received an explanatory booklet. I didn't receive a message about the training course despite my registration. It's a pity, because you need the information before setting up the vermicomposter.

Correct and timely delivery

Set the right glass weight

My initial order for free training was not taken into account. When I placed my 2nd order, it could not be found and I had to provide the invoice. The e-mail exchange was laborious and cost me precious time to manage the vermicomposter in the best possible conditions. What's more, in the 250g bag of worms I received, there were only about twenty of them, the rest of the volume being the "substrate" that surrounded them. As a result, no matter how hard these discreet helpers try, they are unable to transform the peelings I place in their bin, albeit in minute quantities, due to their insufficient numbers. My order arrived relatively promptly, but I found the parcel behind the (open) gate of my terrace, without having been informed of its arrival, even though I was at home and my very visible doorbell was working. On the other hand, I appreciated the various instructions on your site on how to use the vermicomposter. They are very useful for beginners (which I am), even if they are incomplete. Hence the great usefulness of the training, which is welcome and, what's more, offered. Thank you for this initiative. I'd like to point out that once I'd made contact with Océane, your trainer, I got answers to my most pressing questions, while waiting for the training. I thank her for her availability and the pertinence of her answers.

No response from an active member

500g of worms mailed to you on Tuesday and no news from either you or the carrier until Saturday, when I was reminded that I had a parcel to pick up, but no one had warned me, and I later learned (following a late update of the information on my account) that the parcel had arrived at its destination on Wednesday (the day after it was sent). The bottom line: I've almost no live worms left?

I found that there was a lot of litter but few worms. These were very much alive but small in size.

When I received my vermicomposter, there were no worms. Perhaps they died on the way to Switzerland? To avoid this risk again, I bought worms in Switzerland and had them delivered within 24 hours: they were all very much alive!

Friendly team, but not very responsive for tracking the package, no info on its arrival at the parcel point, I waited in vain!

I love your products, but I really broke out in a cold sweat over the delivery of the worms. As they're alive, I was much more stressed than if they'd been an object. I wondered if they were going to arrive, because there was too much delay between the internet order and the processing of my order, which was only taken into account after two email reminders from me (apparently, it had got lost). Secondly, I wasn't given the delivery dates, and as I travel a lot, this was a problem: I wasn't there when the first delivery arrived. I had to call several times, get an answering machine, and finally figure out on my own how to reschedule directly with the delivery person. In short, it's really putting the brakes on another purchase......when your offer is so interesting. too bad! I'd also like it to be possible to have lower delivery charges for orders of small products (like humidification blankets).....

We received the worms 15 days after ordering as there were public holidays and therefore no shipment, but this was not specified when the order was placed.

Good, looks like a good quality vermicomposter, easy to assemble. I would have liked the instructions to specify that the worms are a bit disturbed after transport etc., and that they then tend to flee from the composter at night... I found dried worms all over the floor...! I wanted to convince my partner that worm composters were great, and that no, of course there wouldn't be worms all over the garage, ....Hem. Suffice to say, he looked at me sideways ^^'. Fortunately, after two or three days, the little runaways got used to their new home and stopped sneaking around. Phew!

Delays a bit long ? Shipping box damaged. Contents in order.

For now, I've prepared my bin and I'll see what happens to my compost. I'll come back to you if I have any problems.

I had paid a supplement to receive the parcel at home in 48h, I received it 6 days later in a relay parcel whose address had not been given to me... It's a pity because the vers la terre team is full of good will and my parcel was very good.

Hello I ordered worms in early November, I sent you an email to have news on my order to date no response

The packaging was perfect; I had a question during assembly, and the person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and efficient. Could do better: - warn me of the weight of the package. I didn't realize it, and went to my parcel collection point, a 10-minute walk away, as usual, only to realize that I couldn't carry the parcel that far, go home and come back by car. - I placed my order during the day on Sunday. Early Tuesday morning, I sent an e-mail asking to cancel an accessory. Late Tuesday afternoon, they told me that my order had been prepared and shipped (with the item I no longer wanted, with no particular excuse). Perhaps wrongly, but it gave me the impression that they had rushed to prepare the order so as not to have to take the cancellation into account.
