Delivery not received at home and not on the day announced but the day before. However, someone was present on the day of delivery -> the deliveryman could have called Ok: Delivery received quickly - fragile products very well packed. - I had to pick up my parcel at the relay point (well organized + luckily it was a light parcel).

Lid received broken sent mail on their site and no response to date .too bad otherwise well designed item . I had ordered mats that were added to the inside of the impostor earthworm, I guess that's why the lid broke inside.

Compared with the last orders, the delivery contained very few worms, but mostly tiny ones. The last orders had large green ones and small ones. It was a mixture. This time it was all tiny worms, so small I thought there weren't any. But when I put on my glasses I saw a few. Really disappointed with this order.

Excellent concept, a lot of things well thought out, it's been 4 years since we adopted our vermicompost (thanks to the Mairie de Paris which provides them) and we're delighted with it! It's in the cellar next to our bicycles because there's no room in the kitchen, and we go downstairs to make the contributions as soon as we need to move, it's easy! The reduction in the volume of our household waste garbage can is impressive, and our plants and those of our neighbors love the fertilizer - it's great! The only downside is that leaks in the neighboring pipes have introduced butterfly flies into the cellars, which have found the compost and multiplied! The only alternative we came up with, after many attempts at cleaning, was to empty the bins completely, create a frame/box out of winter fleece to isolate the compost from the flies while letting it breathe, and re-install the worms! No more worries since, everything's running smoothly!

Using a vermicomposter takes a lot of time and attention, and I think you have to be highly motivated to persevere. Handling and storage are difficult when you live in an apartment. I have a very small balcony where it's too cold in winter and too hot in summer. At the moment, I've put the vermicomposter in the cellar. The worms are very active and produce a lot of compost.

I live in Switzerland and ordered a vermicomposter in 2021 and my worm colony was decimated after the winter when I put it back outside. To order new worms this year I had to go through the Swiss Vers la Terre website, where prices are over 50% higher. However, there's no structure in Switzerland and the merchandise is shipped from France. My account was debited, the order didn't arrive and after numerous reminders, I should have received it a month later.

No tracking of the parcel, I only knew that it had been sent, no way of tracking it afterwards, I went to the relay point at random to pick it up. The booklet I was hoping for, with advice on how to get my vermicomposter up and running again, was not what I had hoped for, only a very brief flyer.

I placed an order with you on February 1st and it wasn't until February 26th that I was able to pick up my worms... Fortunately, in the meantime, I received a new delivery because if I had picked up my first order, which arrived after 15 days, I don't think the worms would have been in good shape. I made 5 phone calls all the same and once I was told "yes, we'll send them out on Monday" but unfortunately the person didn't send out the order and without my phone call the worms wouldn't have left your premises. Anyway, I finally received my worms and started my vermicompost. It's a pity that we have to order worms from you because there are no other "sellers".
