The delivery was delayed several times, leaving me stranded for several afternoons in a row for nothing; and the parcel had been badly damaged by the journey, with several parts broken, further delaying the installation of the vermicomposter. Parts were promptly returned to me, but no commercial gesture was made.

Yes, unfortunately this can happen, as we use insulation in our palloxes to protect them from the cold, and there's a side coating of aluminum.

Error on garden box received... Immediate return of the good one but broken lid... New one returned in good condition... Despite these problems, I'm satisfied with the customer service response and the product I received!
