The website said I'd be called before shipment, which wasn't the case, and the relay point mentioned at the time of purchase wasn't the right one, which caused several days' delay, even though we're talking about live goods... It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't the second time this had happened to me, in 2 different cities.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your delivery problems, but your parcel was sent to the address you chose when you placed your order. In fact it's a problem with the carrier, your parcel centre having refused the parcel, they had to drop it off at another parcel centre. You should still have been informed, so I'm passing this on to the transport company!

dreadful delivery requiring at least 10 confirmation emails for THEIR change of delivery day. As it's for French friends, I'm sorry but it's prohibitive. They were stuck at home for 2 whole days! Impossible to repeat.

I'm very happy with my item and can't wait to see how it turns out over time. On the other hand, I was a bit disappointed by the customer service: no news for 2 weeks, I had to send 2 e-mails to receive a reply telling me that the order was late. But I guess it was an exceptional situation, which doesn't mean it will always be like this :-)

Neat packaging. Rather fast shipping. Always very satisfied with the quality and quantity of my "product". The only small downside: it would be a good idea to give advance notice of shipment. All we get is an e-mail once the parcel has arrived, so we don't really know whether the order has been taken into account, is being prepared, on time or late. Otherwise, I recommend it!

The worms arrived in good condition and many of them are still active (so I don't think there was much loss in transit). The starter kit is practical and really helps you to start from 0. Delivery is rather expensive I think, especially if you don't arrive on the scheduled day and are not precise about the delivery time.

Very good product, faithful to the detailed description on the site. Satisfied with my purchase. Delivery correct and on time, although we received several confusing and contradictory messages about the delivery date??? (to be improved). only negative remark: price variations according to product color...why?? I'll recommend this product in spite of everything.

Hello, the price variation is explained by the difference in pigment prices. Green is our flagship color, the one we sell the most of, so we were able to negotiate a better price; on the other hand, the red pigment costs more, hence the higher price of City Worms Rouge :)

Registration and information commitments were not met on time. E-mails have gone unanswered, and only telephone calls have provided a response. The first commitment date was not respected, and it was only after two reminders that I finally received reliable information. Telecommuting may be a good thing, but I think we need to look elsewhere for this reason.
