Using a vermicomposter takes a lot of time and attention, and I think you have to be highly motivated to persevere. Handling and storage are difficult when you live in an apartment. I have a very small balcony where it's too cold in winter and too hot in summer. At the moment, I've put the vermicomposter in the cellar. The worms are very active and produce a lot of compost.

I live in Switzerland and ordered a vermicomposter in 2021 and my worm colony was decimated after the winter when I put it back outside. To order new worms this year I had to go through the Swiss Vers la Terre website, where prices are over 50% higher. However, there's no structure in Switzerland and the merchandise is shipped from France. My account was debited, the order didn't arrive and after numerous reminders, I should have received it a month later.

Excellent quality worms and substrate! However, I have one big problem with the delivery of the parcel, which was delivered to my neighbor's house without my knowledge. Satisfied with the product itself, and with the information provided for immediate start-up. On the other hand, I feel that there's a lack of information on how the first weeks/first months will unfold. There are many Youtube videos on this subject, but there's also a lot of conflicting information in the various videos, and the only information passed on by verslaterre is "don't want to go too fast" or "don't spoil the worms too much", which isn't very helpful. Even on the forum, it's not very explicit. What does "too much" mean? While the verslaterre teams must have accumulated an enormous amount of knowledge on the subject, it's a real shame not to pass this on to the people who buy the product, through a video for example. At the moment, 3 weeks after installing the vermicomposter, I feel as if I've got off on the wrong foot, and I'm in the process of starting all over again by following a home-made tutorial I found on youtube, but still with major doubts.

I appreciated the rapid registration of my order, its perfectly secure payment, and the almost immediate receipt of my invoice by e-mail. These 3 elements confirmed to me that I would receive my order and that you are a serious site. Nevertheless, I deplore not having received any link to the tracking/tracing of my order, and for 3 or 4 days I remained in a state of perplexity/expectation. Then, unbeknownst to me, someone rang my doorbell to deliver my parcel. If my parcel was delivered to me without warning (tracking/tracing) in a very correct and acceptable timeframe on your part, what would have happened to this parcel if I hadn't been at home to receive it? All's well that ends well, I'll certainly recommend your site to others, but please try to provide us with a follow-up/trace of our orders, if only to inform us of a delivery date and time, which was lacking in my case.
