I ordered 2 worm coffees that were not available. They were substituted with another brand which is far from being equivalent. Furthermore, I was not allowed to obtain an invoice showing the substitute product, which makes it impossible to activate the warranty. On delivery, I realized that the worm café was available for sale but was simply more expensive, which made me regret having accepted the substitution. Very disappointed by my experience.

Rather long shipping time (over a week) but product conforms to order

I received my parcel quickly but the worms must have been badly treated during transport as they all died within a few days ...

I am pleased with the products but stop using DPD as your delivery service. I will stop ordering from you otherwise. Their services are the worst and I almost did not get my package.

Long delay between order and receipt. I had to send a message to get things moving. Very few worms in the package sent.

Site not very clear for the orders, the KIT starting in fact for me meant that one starts thus to have EVERYTHING but it was not the case, moreover the times of preparation of the orders are ultra long and delivery super expensive for not even receiving in 24/48h as written on the site at the time of the order, delivery country selected and the after-sales service is really slow, I get a reply 3 days later when I've managed to manage on my own despite having read and reread the manual. I still don't know when or how I'm supposed to manage the extra bins and the storage plate. I really regret my purchase, especially as these are worms from a species where we don't know how to put ALL our green rubbish, so in the end I still have a green garbage can at home that generates maggots (from fruit flies) because I don't know how to put even the smallest piece of bread in it, all the vegetable waste such as onion skins, etc. will never replace good old garden compost, and worm conditioning sucks, because if I don't cut the plastic into lots of pieces to "rinse" them, I'm throwing lots of worms into the garbage can the plastic bag for packaging the worms breaks the whole image of naturalness, reusability, a box would have been better, so that I could reuse it to harvest the compost afterwards I don't recommend it at all, and I don't intend to sponsor people.

I think I had indicated a different relay point from the one used. I've adapted, but it would be good to make a note of the relay point when the parcel leaves your home. Finally, I did receive the earthworms, but unfortunately they all died within a few days of installation. I think I made a mistake.

The earthworms were in short supply and very small. I do not recommend this site.

By our no information about order processing. No parcel tracking. I had to call again to be kept informed. I also asked for a training video on how to start up the vermicomposter and was told there was none. This smacks of "training" to sell products rather than to inform customers. Processing this order does not commit me to returning to the site. It's up to you

Order placed in the first half of April and no news since. Had to jump through hoops to be told they were waiting for a delivery but no further info since .... If customer follow-up improves, I'll change my opinion, but for the moment I think it's generous ... It's understandable if the seller takes the trouble to warn of delays ... But here nothing at all with no delivery date to boot ... Non-existent customer follow-up...

They're out of stock on their flagship product, the City Worms worm composter. In itself, this isn't a problem. It would just be nice to warn the customer who, after a month, is fed up and picks up the phone. The explanation is given, no worries for me, but it's a shame not to know how to warn.

Hello , I received my order on time , logistically it went well but in my 2 bags of 500 grams , there were maximum 50 earthworms , frankly I bought 2 bags of shavings . A commercial gesture was to be made, but I have not been contacted, nothing. Without repair, I'll look for earthworms in Bourges, which I hear is very good. I ordered 250g of composting earthworms from their website. I received a total of 6 earthworms, which I find quite expensive for the price... I asked for a commercial gesture but got no answer. I suspected that I wasn't going to receive the 250g, but to receive 6 ... I give it 2 stars, because the delivery was still quick.

I received 8 batches of worms, very well packaged in an aerated litter box. On the other hand, I had asked for delivery 3 weeks after my order and this was not respected. So the worms spent 3 weeks in the fridge at 6°C and after a gentle awakening in the cellar and then at room temperature, they were active enough to start the vermicomposters. Thank you for this quality delivery!

I received the complete order and was able to install the composter as proposed. I can't really see the first results, so I'm waiting until the end of February to have a more complete evaluation of the system. It's a shame, though, that the composter can't go on the balcony and has to stay inside the house. All the best.

This is a serious company. The products are of good quality. I would have liked to have received an explanatory booklet. I didn't receive a message about the training course despite my registration. It's a pity, because you need the information before setting up the vermicomposter.

Correct and timely delivery

My initial order for free training was not taken into account. When I placed my 2nd order, it could not be found and I had to provide the invoice. The e-mail exchange was laborious and cost me precious time to manage the vermicomposter in the best possible conditions. What's more, in the 250g bag of worms I received, there were only about twenty of them, the rest of the volume being the "substrate" that surrounded them. As a result, no matter how hard these discreet helpers try, they are unable to transform the peelings I place in their bin, albeit in minute quantities, due to their insufficient numbers. My order arrived relatively promptly, but I found the parcel behind the (open) gate of my terrace, without having been informed of its arrival, even though I was at home and my very visible doorbell was working. On the other hand, I appreciated the various instructions on your site on how to use the vermicomposter. They are very useful for beginners (which I am), even if they are incomplete. Hence the great usefulness of the training, which is welcome and, what's more, offered. Thank you for this initiative. I'd like to point out that once I'd made contact with Océane, your trainer, I got answers to my most pressing questions, while waiting for the training. I thank her for her availability and the pertinence of her answers.

500g of worms mailed to you on Tuesday and no news from either you or the carrier until Saturday, when I was reminded that I had a parcel to pick up, but no one had warned me, and I later learned (following a late update of the information on my account) that the parcel had arrived at its destination on Wednesday (the day after it was sent). The bottom line: I've almost no live worms left?
