The delivery of my order was delayed by a week. I don't know if the worm package was replaced or not in the meantime, but there weren't many live worms when the package arrived.

Very good for the mats! On the other hand, although the tote bag is really fun, I hadn't asked for one. We're overwhelmed by all the tote bags out there, when the whole point is to stop having too many bags ;) Since you're offering it, why not ask your customers to take it or not :)

The website said I'd be called before shipment, which wasn't the case, and the relay point mentioned at the time of purchase wasn't the right one, which caused several days' delay, even though we're talking about live goods... Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your delivery problems, but your parcel was sent to the address you chose when you placed your order. In fact it's a problem with the carrier, your parcel centre having refused the parcel, they had to drop it off at another parcel centre. You should still have been informed, so I'm passing this on to the transport company!

dreadful delivery requiring at least 10 confirmation emails for THEIR change of delivery day. As it's for French friends, I'm sorry but it's prohibitive. They were stuck at home for 2 whole days! Impossible to repeat.
