A little long at the beginning, there were not enough details on how to get started. I had to put too much waste in at the beginning, 250g a day was too much. I stopped for a week and now it seems better.

I've had a vermicomposter, donated by my local council, for over 1 year and it works very well. But as I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, I needed an extra bin, which I was able to buy from your site. It was delivered quickly and easily.

RAS on the products ordered, I am satisfied. Customer service is top notch to help with delivery problems. But I find the delivery charges expensive for the poor service provided by the carrier. (Parcel blocked for 1 week in logistics agency and carrier transmitting erroneous information to your customer service).

Ever since I bought my vermicomposter (the little worms are doing really well), I've been really satisfied with the orders I've been able to place with verslaterre (the worm mattresses, their treats, a culture table, the oyas, the handmade paper basket), all perfectly packaged and very environmentally friendly.
