Very good product Made in France! The package had been damaged in transit, so I sent a simple e-mail with photos to customer service and, a few days later, I received the replacement elements. Great customer service, very responsive. My little worms are in great shape and bolting well.

Very satisfied with the product. Space-saving and easy to use. Less waste in the regular garbage can and more for recycling. However, a few problems: after three weeks of use, proliferation of midges and mold: could you give us some advice?
