I only give 4 stars because the package arrived in a deplorable state. It was completely open, torn everywhere. I urge you to improve the packaging so that it can withstand all logistical handling during transport.

Quality material, well thought out and easy to assemble. The order was not handled very well. - I ordered an orange model. - I was told that there was no black left - then that there was no orange either. I had to settle for a green model, a color I do not like. Such a pity. Finally, I recommend taking a lot of worms to start the composter.

I bought a worm composter and 500g of worms. Relatively fast shipping and correct packaging. Despite these precautions, the bag contained very few worms and all dead. Fortunately, I was able to turn to an associative network to get some! Other suppliers are now stopping the shipment of worms during the heatwave, perhaps Vers la Terre should take inspiration from this.

However, there was a big problem with the packaging, which is a kraft envelope, because the paper arrived torn across one width, which meant that the deliveryman could help himself without any problems or that items could have been lost. It's a shame, especially considering the price of delivery. I'm all for reducing unnecessary packaging, but this is unacceptable. We should think about Hippli packaging in this case (?)

I received the first worms in February 2024 and all died in May 2024. I recommended worms in June and they all died in August 2024. Yet the vermicomposter is in the kitchen away from the sun and heat, I feed every week with zucchini peelings, eggplant, endives, apple cores, banana peels etc. .... (all cut into small pieces).

I ordered 2 worm coffees that were not available. They were substituted with another brand which is far from being equivalent. Furthermore, I was not allowed to obtain an invoice showing the substitute product, which makes it impossible to activate the warranty. On delivery, I realized that the worm café was available for sale but was simply more expensive, which made me regret having accepted the substitution. Very disappointed by my experience.
