Satisfied with the product itself, and with the information provided for immediate start-up. On the other hand, I feel that there's a lack of information on how the first weeks/first months will unfold. There are many Youtube videos on this subject, but there's also a lot of conflicting information in the various videos, and the only information passed on by verslaterre is "don't want to go too fast" or "don't spoil the worms too much", which isn't very helpful. Even on the forum, it's not very explicit. What does "too much" mean? While the verslaterre teams must have accumulated an enormous amount of knowledge on the subject, it's a real shame not to pass this on to the people who buy the product, through a video for example. At the moment, 3 weeks after installing the vermicomposter, I feel as if I've got off on the wrong foot, and I'm in the process of starting all over again by following a home-made tutorial I found on youtube, but still with major doubts.

Ordered on 30/12/21 and delivered by relay on 05/01/22. I didn't feel that there were many worms in the bags of soil, but there certainly were.

Answering the e-mails we send you (questions about commissioning) would be appreciated.

A little extra would be to let us know when the parcel has been sent so that we can pick it up at the relay point.

The instruction flyer didn't correspond to the contents of my box: it mentioned a coconut fibre to be moistened, but there wasn't any. n addition, the explanations weren't very clear and precise: the steps weren't numbered and the layout on the paper was confusing.

My parcel was exactly what I'd ordered, but I was extremely disappointed to see polyester "stuff" to "wedge" the compacto and the mats for the earthworms. What a shame!

I appreciated the rapid registration of my order, its perfectly secure payment, and the almost immediate receipt of my invoice by e-mail. These 3 elements confirmed to me that I would receive my order and that you are a serious site. Nevertheless, I deplore not having received any link to the tracking/tracing of my order, and for 3 or 4 days I remained in a state of perplexity/expectation. Then, unbeknownst to me, someone rang my doorbell to deliver my parcel. If my parcel was delivered to me without warning (tracking/tracing) in a very correct and acceptable timeframe on your part, what would have happened to this parcel if I hadn't been at home to receive it? All's well that ends well, I'll certainly recommend your site to others, but please try to provide us with a follow-up/trace of our orders, if only to inform us of a delivery date and time, which was lacking in my case. good product but the choice of delivery by point relai DPD (the only one thus imposed) involves disasters.

A little long at the beginning, there were not enough details on how to get started. I had to put too much waste in at the beginning, 250g a day was too much. I stopped for a week and now it seems better.

RAS on the products ordered, I am satisfied. Customer service is top notch to help with delivery problems. But I find the delivery charges expensive for the poor service provided by the carrier. (Parcel blocked for 1 week in logistics agency and carrier transmitting erroneous information to your customer service).

Apart from a delivery problem, cancelled the same day by the carrier, the product was exactly as shown on the Vers la Terre website. Because of the very hot weather, you even took the trouble to put refrigerated packaging inside the parcel. You replied very quickly to my message about the delivery problem.

Delivery was a disaster. I was driven around for 5 days only to find myself in a relay with poor parking facilities. With a package weighing at least 15 kg. The product itself is very good and the instructions very practical.

for the second time, the delivery of the worms went wrong. The first time, the shipper had nothing to do with it, but this time, instead of the 500 grams of worms I ordered, I received 6, not 600 grams, but 6 worms. This is my last order on this site.

Delivery problem solved after contacting customer service

No problem with delivery. The item was received in used condition, but customer service was quick to respond.

The order took a little while to be shipped. It left 1 week after ordering. No tracking available. I contacted customer service, but the response was a bit cold. Once shipped, delivery was very fast and I'm very satisfied. A touch of humor: Please note that the worms are not delivered dressed as on the site, hence the expression "Naked as a worm for sure";-

very pleased with the vermicomposter. liked the choice of color. the wheels are handy in an apartment. the height is good. i recommend it.

Receiving my parcel was a bit problematic because I received an e-mail informing me that my order had been sent, whereas it left 8 days later, and then the package was in Corsica even though I live in Toulouse, but when I called I was very kindly informed and the problem was solved.

Correct delivery

A little disappointed because we didn't get a message from the carrier to let us know about the delivery to the relay and the package had arrived 4 days ago! The carrier should have sent us a message.

Delivery a bit complicated with delays and the stress of knowing if the worms would be alive, but everything turned out fine. Fortunately, the kit arrived whole and in good condition. As for the kit itself, the explanatory sheet is correct but not very detailed.

I'm very happy with my item and can't wait to see how it turns out over time. On the other hand, I was a bit disappointed by the customer service: no news for 2 weeks, I had to send 2 e-mails to receive a reply telling me that the order was late. But I guess it was an exceptional situation, which doesn't mean it will always be like this :-)

Good product, but I'm still waiting for a response from customer service following a problem with payment in instalments.
