Top equipment. Communication with "Vers la terre" also top. On the other hand, a deplorable delivery time (which is not Vers la terre's fault). Ordered on a Monday, the vermicompost arrived the following Tuesday, i.e. 9 days later !!!!! the tray was broken at 2 hooks.

I'm not happy with the packaging of my parcel: the packing tape was stuck directly onto the humification mat. As a result, when I tried to remove the tape, even if I was careful, I tore off part of the mattress. Really not great! I'm really disappointed. Sincerely, Thomas Brouard.

the oya delivered has paint defects on all sides. it's outrageous to sell a product with so many smudges on the motifs. it looks like the varnish was applied before the motifs were dry.
