The instruction flyer didn't correspond to the contents of my box: it mentioned a coconut fibre to be moistened, but there wasn't any. n addition, the explanations weren't very clear and precise: the steps weren't numbered and the layout on the paper was confusing.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, these are the last bags of polyester dunnage particles, (normally) we switched to compostable corn dunnage particles :) but our supplier ran out on our last order and we had to fall back on this...
