I received the email giving me the delivery date 4 days after ordering. So I contacted customer service. No delivery to my home as informed, but to the central distribution service. loss of a day to wait.

The merchandise (City Worms) was very good, of very good quality. Customer service was very good. Delivery a little slow, it took 15 days from order to receipt. Order placed on 5/01, package received on 20/01. Overall, to be recommended.

Yes, we were on vacation during the first week of January, and as they're living things, we have to feed them so that they can be harvested and sent on their way. That's why your parcel didn't leave our premises until 18/01.
