The worms arrived in good condition and many of them are still active (so I don't think there was much loss in transit). The starter kit is practical and really helps you to start from 0. Delivery is rather expensive I think, especially if you don't arrive on the scheduled day and are not precise about the delivery time.

Very good product, faithful to the detailed description on the site. Satisfied with my purchase. Delivery correct and on time, although we received several confusing and contradictory messages about the delivery date??? (to be improved). only negative remark: price variations according to product color...why?? I'll recommend this product in spite of everything.

Hello, the price variation is explained by the difference in pigment prices. Green is our flagship color, the one we sell the most of, so we were able to negotiate a better price; on the other hand, the red pigment costs more, hence the higher price of City Worms Rouge :)

I think the shipping costs are too high. You should opt for more flexible rates.

Hello, you're right, we're working every day to negotiate lower prices for transport. Maybe you have neighbors with worm composters who could place group orders and share the shipping costs :)

Registration and information commitments were not met on time. E-mails have gone unanswered, and only telephone calls have provided a response. The first commitment date was not respected, and it was only after two reminders that I finally received reliable information. Telecommuting may be a good thing, but I think we need to look elsewhere for this reason.

Top equipment. Communication with "Vers la terre" also top. On the other hand, a deplorable delivery time (which is not Vers la terre's fault). Ordered on a Monday, the vermicompost arrived the following Tuesday, i.e. 9 days later !!!!! the tray was broken at 2 hooks.

I'm not happy with the packaging of my parcel: the packing tape was stuck directly onto the humification mat. As a result, when I tried to remove the tape, even if I was careful, I tore off part of the mattress. Really not great! I'm really disappointed. Sincerely, Thomas Brouard.

I'm very surprised by your opinion, in fact we use as little tape as possible, especially not inside packages in your case, perhaps your package has been repackaged by our carrier. Please contact us.
