Only one drawback: the deliveryman doesn't give any warning. Phone call:" Good morning, I'll be there in 15 minutes"...Not easy to manage in the middle of the day, on a weekday, and it's not the first time! please review your agreements with this company

For Paris and the surrounding area, where you live, we have found an efficient courier who is one of the few to agree to go upstairs and downstairs. This usually goes well, and we have an agreement with him to call the day before to arrange a time directly with our customers.
