Dear Sir, in certain regions and (fortunately) only at certain times, the Schenker carrier, although one of the most respectful in France of our fragile products such as bottles of wine, lacks flexibility and imposes a time slot that is not a time slot. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. In general, things go very smoothly once the delivery person calls, because when you're not there, you can always find a way to be re-delivered. All he had to do was offer a shorter time slot... and the rigidity of the facade takes second place to the human touch. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to have been the case for you...
