Dear Sir, first of all thank you for your loyalty, and thank you for taking the time to give a first review for your fourteenth order. I hope that the first thirteen deliveries went well, and I owe you an apology for the fourteenth, which displeased you. Indeed, during the busy Christmas period, the carriers (at least the few who still accept to deliver to individuals, who are not always at home) do not systematically respect our requests, and yours for a call the day before to set a reduced and precise delivery time slot was not respected. I am sorry and I ask you again to excuse us for this.
