Good evening It was my first order following the advice of a friend, very good choice of wines with a very clear site on the explanations on the winemakers and wines Fast and efficient delivery, the first wines tasted met all our expectations. However, the week after my order of more than 1000€ I received an e-mail stating that from 500€ there were 6 bottles free I sent an e-mail to know if I could benefit from it but to date no answer Cordialement

I'm glad you liked what we had to offer, but we respond to all messages within the hour (except at weekends) - it's one of our trademarks, and one that our customers really appreciate! We looked everywhere, but there was no trace of an email from you, nor of a message in the "contact us" section of the site! So it's impossible to reply to an email we haven't received, and we're sorry you imagined we wouldn't reply because of a discount issue. We're particularly sensitive to this kind of question, and have a particularly accommodating policy, given how few discounts we offer during the year! The company's catalog is quite exceptional, especially in terms of quality. I'm particularly satisfied with customer service communication, whatever the reason, experienced of course (delivery problem, disagreement over the quality of a wine...). I sincerely recommend "Vignerons d'Exception".
I prefer not to evaluate the wines I've tasted, because that's relative, too personal, too individual.
