Very good responsiveness from Vignerons d'exception following a missing parcel. But it was very difficult to make an appointment with the SHENKER carrier and to reach the SCHENKER depot in Epinal by phone. In the end, I went to pick up my parcels.

Fast shipment, compliant products, very friendly carrier. However, the only downside concerns a wooden crate costing €270, which was sent unprotected. The wine didn't suffer, but the case arrived a little dirty and with 2 paper labels whose glue doesn't come off easily. Not serious, but a shame...

Overall, I don't find the site's comments in the wines. Quality-price ratio not very good, including for the billaud chablis which is very good but not cheap after all it's very well made. The other wines were a big disappointment.

Dear Sir, thank you for taking the time to give us your opinion. The 2018 Billaud Chablis you mentioned was worth €21 after 3 years in the cellar, which we don't find exaggerated for a wine of this quality, given the explosion in prices in Burgundy recently. Moreover, the 2019s are still at their release price of €19, which will doubtless rise with time and rarity. We don't select wines that disappoint us, nor do we select value-for-money wines that disappoint us (with the exception, of course, of a few stars that everyone snaps up at any price, in which case we're obviously no longer talking about value-for-money). We're sorry to hear of your disappointment. If, by any chance, you'd like to try out some of the wines on our site that you haven't tried before, please don't hesitate to give us a call. We'll be delighted to discuss your tastes and recommend the wines that suit you best. Many of our customers with rather specialized tastes take advantage of our advice by phone or email (with a few exceptions, we taste all the wines we sell), and most of them seem satisfied with our service.
