I've already placed two orders with Vignerons d'exception. Everything is perfect (I've been in contact with their customer service), from the quality of their wines to the quality of the shipment. Just one comment: it would be a good idea to have a small sales gesture on a subsequent purchase when, as I have done, a customer has placed orders for large sums...
Order well delivered. As for the wines, I'll be able to answer that after I've drunk them, so in a few years' time.

The telephone greeting borders on rudeness. You get the impression that the customer is bothering you. The carrier they choose communicates very poorly - if at all. I haven't tasted the wine yet, but I'm better served elsewhere. No second time. I'm very sorry.
