The comments are always varied and interesting. The variety of wines is quite extensive; perhaps there's a lack of Burgundy representation in my opinion? For my part, I'd also really appreciate more systematically considered peak dates, or even a reactualization of these dates over time when possible. Deliveries are always top-notch.
