Perfect service
I was woken up at 07:00 in the morning by your delivery man who was at my door. I had not been informed of the delivery and the driver told me that 7am was a legal time. It wasn't a bailiff or a police inspector, however.... . You don't deliver at 7am without warning. Unacceptable.
And if you were to try an experiment with us again, we would of course take the necessary precautions to ensure that the delivery went smoothly. Unfortunately, we can't be behind every delivery driver in France, and we hope that you will forgive us this faux pas, and above all enjoy the wines in our selection. Yours sincerely, Tristan Depauw

I think it's a shame to charge 5 euros for a direct visit to the premises of exceptional winegrowers. Wouldn't it be better not to charge anything or simply not to authorize a visit to your premises and force buyers to have their goods delivered by parcel? It's not about the five euros but rather a question of principle, as the vast majority of your competitors offer free collection. Apart from this small detail, I find the quality of your wine offers to be of great quality and your site is very detailed. Best regards.
