Dear Sir, thank you again for your confidence. I'd like to reassure you about the delivery time: your wine didn't spend more than a week in transit with UPS. We advertise a delivery time of about 2 weeks for Europe, but wine spends much less time in transit. You ordered on Saturday 25th, and your order left our Burgundy winery on Monday evening 27th, traveling overnight to arrive at our air-conditioned office on the morning of the 28th, where we pack all European orders ourselves in special cartons. Your wine - by the way, it's a very resistant Trévallon in Provence, particularly strong because it's made from Cabernet Sauvignon + Syrah - left our Lyon office on Thursday July 30th, and was delivered to you on Monday August 3rd at 11am. On our website, you can choose a later date within the next 3 months if you don't want your wine to be delivered immediately, for example if it's hot or you're out of town.
