Excellent reliability of the site, Confronted with an error in the preparation of the parcel depending on the winemaker, after telephone exchange (excellent welcome and maximum understanding of the correspondent on the site as well as the winemaker), the error was repaired without delay.

Efficient and fast, although I regret that my comments were not taken into account for the delivery, which was delivered promptly without any prior consultation. Luckily someone was at home.

Very good selections
Excellent, with a wide choice of wines, especially the great ones. The only downside is the astronomical UPS shipping charges. They are charged for the journey to France and then on Swiss soil. The total shipping cost represents half of my order!
