Easy, clear, no surprises. It's a pity that delivery isn't yet via a relay point. However, the carrier is very reliable and punctual (very rare).

Smooth delivery

I'm always satisfied with Vignerons d'exception. This is my 5th order in the last 2 years and this on-line site offers magnificent wines that are not always easy to obtain and that sometimes disappear from the market very quickly because of the limited allocations available. Transport is well managed and parcels are delivered at the buyer's convenience (immediately or at a later date if necessary). I've even been able to combine 2 orders placed 8 days apart into a single shipment, enabling me to obtain free delivery. If you need anything, the site managers will call you back promptly. Sales prices aren't the lowest on the market, and you're obliged to buy in cases of 6. These two parameters should be taken into account, but they don't detract from the good service offered by Vignerons d'exception.
