VivaLing offers both good quality language teaching (French in this case), great flexibility regarding time slots, and a service that adapts to the needs of clients. The three teachers with whom the children have worked for over a year are all competent. The interface used is playful enough for the children to enjoy it. The class is lively and the children are focused despite the distance and thanks to the internet tool.

I can't find the feedback from the session, even after more than 48 hours of waiting. Difficulty booking a session with another coach even though I just spent 200 euros. The coach is available in her schedule, but it's impossible to confirm the time slot.

Due to the weekend, the session report was uploaded a bit late, but you can now find it on your parent account. Regarding the booking, you need to select the coach first before you can book a session in her schedule. We can arrange a quick call by phone or video to show you how to do it. I discovered Vivaling while looking for supplementary English support courses and so far, I am delighted. My two children, aged 9 and 7, appreciate the coach they chose and it’s an original way to bring immersion into the home, especially when they are so young. They are eagerly awaiting their next session. The Vivaling platform is very fun for booking courses or purchasing new sessions. The ability to rewatch classes is a real plus for progress, as well as the reports from coaches sent by email. The support service is also responsive... in short! A very nice concept that encourages children to progress in a fun way.
