VivaLing consistently delivers a convenient, easy-to-use platform with flexible scheduling and a straightforward booking system that supports regular progress across ages, from children to adults. Customers highlight professional, responsive teachers who adapt to individual learning goals, provide clear progress through regular assessments, and create engaging, motivating sessions that inspire continued practice. The service also stands out for reliable customer support and strong accessibility, with praise for the quality of instruction, the ability to choose and modify time slots, and the overall positive learning experience across multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, Spanish, and German.
Cannot change the reservation, have to cancel and book again. Very often at the end of several reservations, the system 'freezes'. Also, the reservations are not updated in real-time on the account, need to log out and then log in.

Very good except that I completely got mixed up with the schedule at the very beginning because we went on vacation in Europe. Not completely obvious to change time zones.

Professional, efficient, very fun and super attentive. The teachers adapt to all requests (school revisions, deepening, preparation for tests). In short, absolutely recommendable... From 3 years old, I have tested it and it is incredibly effective!

Very easy to use the site. My son has been preparing for the B2 for a year with his coach. He is very happy with his classes and has made good progress. The classes are very interactive and the coach adapts to my son by using his own interests as starting points for conversations.

Excellent language classes for children. It's a very serious site, both in terms of teachers and the logistical follow-up behind. We can't do without it anymore, and we regret not having discovered it earlier! The best way I find to learn a language.

My 11-year-old daughter has her English class twice a week for 25 minutes, with her coach Nathalie who is wonderful, THANK YOU Nathalie. The method is playful, the child learns without realizing it and we see the progress. However, it is essential to be regular. After almost a year and a half, first evaluation 61/100. I recommend this method.
