I had an issue with my order and the response was very quick, since it was shipping internationally I did not expect my problem to be resolved so easily because of great communication from the staff. The product itself was of amazing quality, did not even find a stitch out of place or any loose threads. The craftsmanship and quality are amazing and you can feel it, like the leather handles on each bag!
