Hello, we don't understand where the information about the 40 cm comes from, as in our ad the indicated measurements are as follows:

length: 8.3 cm
height: 18.5 cm
width: 6 cm.

I don't know what you didn't like about our particular product, but you wouldn't call a handmade teapot made of ceramic mediocre. Each teapot is unique and may contain manufacturing defects, unfortunately. Have a nice day!

The site supposedly sold me "the last daruma" and as such, this one is bottomless. Customer service told me that they had no stock of the piggy bank stopper, on the pretext that I had bought the last one. Of course, at the same price as a compliant daruma, and without any mention on the site that it was non-compliant. No response from "customer service" since... Deplorable, I must say.

We have taken your feedback into consideration. Unfortunately, as yours was the last item in stock, we were unable to double-check whether this item was supplied with a lid. We initially thought it was a daruma supplied with the lid, but this was not the case as you mentioned. It should be noted that no similar remarks have been reported among hundreds of previous orders for this product. Being a DIY daruma, perhaps you could consider exploring creative options to make up for this lack of operculum?
