Navigating the site was easy enough, but the turn around time was too long. I did not receive my skirt for 2 weeks and the tracking information was never up to date.

Order came with a big delay.
Also, it’s really expensive to send order back, because that costs 20€ ( order was ~70) so there is no rational reason to do that. Really bad experience this time. Especially delayed delivery…

Navigation was straight-forward, as far as I can remember, and it arrived JUST in time: Christmas Eve morning! I got UPS notices while it was in transit, but since I didn't recognize the name in the notices, I thought it was spam. It would have helped if it said "WearMoi" instead of a person's name who I don't know.
